It's because your CD player is on repeat. There is a repeat SONG function and repeat DISC function.. I guess your's is on the repeat song function. Hit the little repeat button again and it should change your luck.

it is stuck in your head or you really like it or it makes you happy to listen to it or the lyrics relate to your life. When I find a song I really like, I always play it!

Maybe cause you either like it or there is a subliminal catchiness that sticks in your head. Believe me, I do get strange tunes in my head and at times, they are rubbish.
