Permanent Red Lips

You wouldn't want to make your lips permantly red but if you insist you can always tatto them on at a cosmetic surgeons office, but most likely the results won't be great.
What I do recommend are stains. Stains are a very thin liquid that can act as a color gloss for the lips or blush for the cheeks. They're sort of permanent because if you apply once, your lips or cheeks will stay "stained" for 2 to 3 days at a time.... even through a shower it's still stained.
Stains are totally safe and inexpensive and they come in various shades (the reds are gorgous). With stains you can control how subtle or how intense you want the color to be.

I have quite a few friends who got them tattooed on. But here is the thing of the 3 I know that got it done... fast forward one year and only 1 of them is still happy. Ones lips look permanently funny. They just don't look quite right. She has tried to have them corrected and she still doesn't like them. Neither do I for that matter. LOL!
The other said it wasn't worth it cause she still nearly always puts on lip stick to match her makeup. She says she guess it is nice when you are in bed or being lazy and haven't put makeup on yet that her lips aren't blah.
The other never bitches and loves them.... the deal with her is... she is lazy and never really wore makeup before in the past all that much... So really she has makeup on now... when she never really did it in the past.
So first and foremost if you do get it done. Go to someone where you have seen their work in person... and you love it. Also, if you love color coordinating your lipstick with your makeup, outfits, etc. Then I wouldn't bother. You will just always put lipstick on over it anyways.

apply a lip balm i suggest lotus lip balms at nite wen u sleep u can also try rubbing beetroot on ur lips n it will work if u dont wanna do it in a healthy way then apply a matt finish lipstick for a minute or so wen u will rub it off with a towel u will find ur lips red
sry but thez no way of makin it permanently red except by laser

Well there is something called permanent make-up which can make your lips permanently red.

You can tattoo your lips red. They have people that are trained to tattoo on make-up. I think natural is better but to each their own.

well i know how you can get them pink. my lips became pink because i protect my lips when i am in the sun. if your lips are kinda dark then you should put vaseline on everyday (chapstick works too) and then when you take a shower or wash your face then rub your lips for a minute or 2 then put vaseline or chapstick on.

i don't think you can make your lip permanantly red unless you tatoo them or something. but you can buy lip stains at most drug stores and its like lipstick only it is a liquid, and it looks much more natural.
