J+P , Jireh Cycles, or Dennis Kirk ( all 3 catalogs) will have them. James Gaskets makes a full set.
And unless the rocker boxes are something out of the ordinary any 4" top end kit should work.
Plus , I'm sure any of your local shops could order them through Drag Specialties.
