TMobile does not work. I do not like monoploly and refuse to use Verizon. There's got to be a service that can be used no matter where I am in the world also. The wireless card that I have is from Tmobile.

If you don't like Verizon, that'll leave Cingular and Sprint.
I am not a Sprint fan.
BTW, this is the one area in which monopoly works in your favor, because what you should be most concerned about is "coverage area."
Nobody can compete with Verizon for coverage area. They may as well be a monopoly in that regard.
Get the best coverage for your mobile broadband services. You can always complain about the rest of Verizon.

It's not world wide coverage, but I like Sprint
