The basic chords of C#m and G#m are:

C#m: 446654
G#m: 466444

I use my thumb to grasp the 6th and the 5th strings on C#m and the thumb to grasp the 6th string on G#m.

For abbreviated versions, simply ignore the 6th and the 5th strings. Both chord formations are in the fourth fret--easy to obtain quickly.
