I hate gays. Or at least the very girly ones.
I've seen some gays before who are open. They were disgusting.
I notice that most them are really pasty, wear girly pink clothing, and smoke. Ugh. Disgusting.
And they act all weird around you. Like they want to hit on you. I feel like punching them back. And their voices are so feminine. It's not natural. They seem to laugh at anything and talk a lot. Like girls.
I guess you can say I'm gay too, but these guys are serious creepos. It's disgusting. I'm more interested in a tough guys, who actually know how to be a real man. You know - the manlyhood of us men. That's what makes us the best. But these guys shouldn't even be called men.
So do some of you agree? That these girly gay guys are a disappointment to gays? I still feel ashamed that all gay men are considered like that, because of those guys.

Ok, so maybe I don't hate gays.
But I just feel scared around them. And the media doesn't help in matters.

I have a few gay friends, and I get along with them and have a good time when hanging out, ...........but they're not flamboiant.
I can't stand the flamboiant ones either.
They seem a little unbalanced in the head, you know?
Like they're screaming out for attention, and do not respect others at all, escpecially when I tell them I'm not gay.
then they try to convert me like the christians do.
Peace to all, Satan rules

The segment of the gay population that you seem to be having a problem accepting is a rather small percentage of the overall total. Most gay people are just your average everyday people; the types you would not suspect of being gay unless they were actually being obvious with their displays of affection in public.
And I can understand your not being too crazy about the more flamboyant types but keep in mind that those overtly gay people are th eones that are making it really evident that gay people are here to stay and we will nto settle for being hidden away like lepers. It is this obvious presentation that, while it offends many, does a lot of good in the struggle for equality.
So, even though you aren't liking them too much, don;t hate them (or anyone else for that matter). We all have our place in society and we each must be comfortable and accepted as we fulfill our roles.

My best friend is homosexual. He does not fit into your typical mold of a gay male. He is a complete jock and very cute. He feels uncomfortable around other gay males. However, he has no real problem sleeping with them. He just doesn't like to be around a lot of gay males at once. He is very open about his sexuality. However, he is a Republican and a Catholic, so I'm sure society and religion plays into his phobia at times.
I also believe to each their own. Some people don't understand why anyone is homosexual. So, put yourself in their shoes. Why judge someone else and their likes when as a community we are judged by others. People are people and we are all different. Thats what makes this world interesting. There is too much hate to go around, don't hate within your own community. Every race, culture, religion, and sub-category of everything has a stigma and stereotype. Not all people like how they are portrayed and the mold doesn't fit all. It's up to each individual to break through that mold and change people's minds, one by one.

You should write to your local newspaper and tell them that you would like more fair representation in the gay community. That you are not like the guys they keep putting pictures of in their newspaper. Its the media who makes this small part of the gay community the most common. We all know that the average gay person is just like any other person adn does not have all the affectations of the ones you are talking about. But I seriously think you also need to stop hating and let them be. They exist. They are gay and they deal with alot of the same hate and rejection that you do.

Well Quik Boy, I agree about the attraction to macho men, I don't like to be around queens or fems either. My lover is an engineer/cowboy and he doesn't like to be around them at all. It's not hate, it's preference.
It's their right to be a swish though, if they want. Some guys don't want to be around "us" cause we're "testosterone cowboys" or "jocks". Takes all kinds just like in the straight world.
The world really doesn't give a damn if we are "disappointed" so don't let it get to you. You really don't want them to disappear from the face of the earth. That would make you a gay troll and that my friend is worse than being a queen.

Yes, this unfortunately happens a lot.
Generally with closet gays, though.
I'm in the closet and I totally support gay people. Everyone (in real life) knows that. And yet they still think I am straight...
There are manly gay guys. The only ones you know are the stereotypical type.

I am not sure if you are doing your own community any justice. You are putting labels that is why people think gays are wrong in the first place. You keep saying that they wear pink like girls, they act like girls. I think you need to first realize begin GAY is NOT the same as being a girl. I think that's where you are having issues separating.

Gays are human beings and as humans they can make mistakes the real test is can you learn from your mistakes and move to live a better life.
A bit of advice consider changing your screen name. Quick Boy is not something you want to advertise. All night long lasting boy would be a better idea.

yea closeted homophobes is 1 example. Now I just don't like really grily MTV gays. Then if they try to hit on you you feel like punching them in the face. Queen gay guys are the way we are stereotyped and they are nothing more then a disappointment. I'm not overly masculine but you can definitely call me a man. Femi gay guys should just move to san Fransico
