I mean if you think about it Australians are playing with a fresh batch, while Indians and others still have older ones from the 90's yet Australians can kick others' a$$? So does it mean it's all about Talent? Or does it have to do with Practice? But I don't think it's not about Experience any more...

Usually makes better player combination of Talent and experience. Even though you have the experience, without skills you cannot be a good player. You need both things to become a great player.

I too dont think experience has anything to do with winning...It really plays a meelee part...Talent,Skill,Determination and Of course good organaization and tons of practice makes a team win!

The talent, skill, mental toughness and fighting spirit count more than the experience.

experience does matter at times but it is not purely about it
talent is more important than experience talented players gain experience as they play the game
