Shipman because he betrayed the trust of so many old ladies and killed them for their mistake. Don't get me wrong, Brady was evil too but for the sheer scale and he was in a position of power over these people ... we're all conditioned to believe that doctors have our best interests at heart.

I don't think that you could possibly say that either was more or less sick than the other. It has been said that Shipman might possibly be one of the MOST prolific serial killers the world (well, at least Britain) has ever seen. That said, it is difficult to classify either one above or below the other.

Ian Brady raped and killed children, Harold shipman killed the vulnerable elderly people in his care also stealing valuables from them.both evil people in my opinion.
both should have been hung.
