I don't have any friends at level one. It usually takes about level 3 before someone finally gets the hang of Yahoo answers, with the exception of the whackos that get suspended once a week, and those are the kinds of friends I can do without! I'm not sure if it's a writers kind of thing, but, it takes a while, even for those who articulate well, to get into the groove.

Maybe by starring questions they can answer and making them your contact. It's a good start.
