Snakes are cold blooded and carnivorous animals, whereas milk is often consumed by mammals. Before a certain indian festival, for many days the snake charmer does not give any water for drinking to his snake. Because of this the snake drinks the given milk to satisfy its hunger and thirst. But the milk is not digested and the snake dies. Thus by forcing a snake to drink milk, you are indirectly killing them. Snakes drink only water.
