Life is what you make it. You can remain in your "selfish phase" forever -- that choice is an option. Do you think life might suck if you take on more responsibilities in your 30s or 40s? Sometimes the rewards are worth the sacrifices, and you are well satisfied at the "end of the day." Again, your choice.

Nooooooo not at all. My life is better today at 42 than its ever been. I have a wonderful hubby and a beautiful 1 1/2 year old baby girl that made my life complete......I have 3 teenagers that I love and adore from my first marriage of 18 years, the marriage was horrid, but I wouldn't have my children without it, sooooooooo I guess it all happens for a reason.

I'm in my mid 30's and life definitely doesn't suck. Once you hit 30 you start to feel free. You no longer feel you have anything to prove to anyone, so you can be as daft as you want and people just think you're daft not immature. You are old enough to do everything legal without being asked for ID.

I love being in my 30's.

I am only in my 20's, but from what I hear life really begins at that age because you have learned from a lot of mistakes and by then you truly know your purpose as a woman and you trul have knowledge of self.
