It sounds like you were declined for food stamps and are angry as a result,how did you know it won,t pay for toothpaste?

The free cheese thing was instituted by the famous liberal president, Ronnie Ray Guns. It doesn't work wellas tooth paste though, sorry. The purpose of the free cheese program was a bail out of the dairy industry. Foodstamps were a bail out of the farming industry. Both would have gone under terribly without these programs.
