More importantly, Chaim Weintzmann was recieving royalties from a Terra Haute Indiana company when he 'persuaded' Truman to be Israel new Pres in 1947. Seems to have alot of ramifications for that year................Any coincidences?

Terra haute is the meth capitol of the country...........and his company produced acetone, one of the main ingrediants. His process was used.

David Ben Gurion was the first Israeli Prime Minister, which it a different post from the President.
And Harry S Truman WAS NOT PRESIDENT OF ISRAEL!! He was President of the United States.
And in 1948, there were probably as many American Jews in Palestine as there were European Jews.
And though you claim Terra Haute is now the "meth capitol" of the country, that has no bearing on 1947.

Harry Truman was not the first persident of Israel. What does Indiana and or meth production have to do with it at all? I think it was Weizmann, but the fact that he was from Indiana has little to do with his becoming Israel's president. It's not like they had a lot of native born Israelis to choose from.

Truman became the first president of Israel? :-) Golda Meir taught school in Milwaukee. I thought Ben Gurion was the first president of Israel, maybe he was prime minister.
