Is this the same for you? I don't want to ask if it is normal, because I know it is. I just wanted to know if this was the same for everyone. I am very irregular (time of cycle, intensity of symptoms, ext.) and I found this to be the only accurate perdition.
I never get cramps when PMSing.

yes this is normal,the heavier you bleed so you will form blood clots and these cause pain as they pass thru your cervix

The heavier the flow, the harder the cramps. Try evening primrose oil. It helps.

the reason you get hard cramping with heavier bleeding is the uterus is contracting harder to shed a thicker lining. very normal....a pain in the you know what...but normal

YES THAT IS NAURTRAL TO GET CRAMPS AND IT GET WORSE AS IT GES HEAVIER

BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT
