Yes, I have used it and I would rate it a 10 in effectiveness. I have to add that this was only used when absolutely necessary.

Yes, and I'd rate it totally effective. Totally floored a few deserving guys with a well placed knee and kick.
Squeezing the 'package' is quite effective too, and puts the guy at my mercy. :)

Yes.Onstage with one of my snakes and a drunk came onstage and tried to grab the snake. I kneed him hard,he went down and I danced away from him! I think it works a real treat. Sack of cement on the floor.

yes and it worked real well..I kicked, kneed and twisted. I rate 100% effective.

yea lol! my now ex boyfriend was on me and wouldn't get off so i grabbed his balls and twisted he started crying lol
