It's unallocated. So, you have 2 partitions, each 60GB. Create another partition that's 120GB. If you're running Windows XP, bring up Disk Management and it should should you your hard drive with the 120GB unallocated. Now, you'll end up with 3 drives... (this is why I like UNIX/LINUX better, you don't have drive letters) but at least you have all of the space on your drive.

u might not have created a drives using all available spaces which means u have space left on ur hard disk unpatitioned try using partitionmagic 8 or some free patrition managers like Ranish partition manger and try and get ur un formatted space,
Or try re installing windows(by booting from the cd ) and when u are asked to select the partition make sure u have used up all space available (u cannot use 8mb which is used by windows ).
the worst case scenario is that u were given a faulty hard drive or was duped by the vendor in that case sue him for a million dollars (just kidding).
Best of luck.

no your hard drive is the size it says it is...

depending on what way you partitioned it, and under what system you used,

go to the manufactures web site and download their hard drive utilities and check out the size, use there partitioner, or download a linux disk partitioner, from the web site below

make a iso boot disk and follow the instructions on how to partition your drive
