Slope-intercept form is Y = M(the slope)* X + intercept (a constant). If you can't do this, just toss it in and learn how to flip hamburgers.

y = mx + c

y = 6

y = 0x + 6

c is the y-intercept, i.e 6. the slope is 0, cos no x term
