I have changed the fuel filter, cleaned injectors, changed water coolant sensor,changed air filter, and used higher octain fuel with lucas gas & injector treatment, and it still has no power.

Clogged catalytic converter probably? Lot of things could cause a loss of power...more details would be very helpful.
Do the tune up as bad fuel filter and/or bad spark plugs or wires can cause the same problem.
How is the RPM? is it higher than normal? If so, you may have bad clutch or bad AT. You also need to check your fuel pressure and the timing (timing belt slipped). A faulty fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump may be the defect.
