Thank you all for such kind repplies, however I think I need to give you a bit more info about what I am looking for. I spend a lot of time working away from the web while with clients. When I get back to the web in the evening I need to copy all that info to the database and that takes a lot of time. Ideally I want to have something that allows me to work offline and then when connected to the web to just press a button to add all the info.

You could do this quite easily by keeping an offline copy of the database on your laptop (for lookup) and whenever you make a change to a record, just record that so when you resync at night everything will be up to date. It would be a little trickier if you had multiple users doing this, but I'm confident it could be setup quite simply.
