is black pepper, garlic, or onions bad for your health? I put these things in almost everything I cook for dinner.

Anything in moderation is not bad for anyone. Pepper induces bowel movements (lets you go number 2 regularly) and garlic aids in better blood pressure.

In my opinion black pepper is bad for you because it is an irritant. However garlic is very good for you. It is a natural antibiotic and an antiparisitic.

@ I liked the prior post recipe - just to say I literally could not cook a THING for someone allergic to onion AND garlic AND peppers

Too much of anything is bad for you. But generally, those things are not bad for you

If they were bad for people's health, they wouldn't be listed in so many recipes. The only things bad for your health are those to which you are sensitive or allergic.
