Go to the website of the manufacturer and download the latest drivers.

As for video, the two main manufacturers are ATI or Nvidia, so determine which type you have and then you can goto either http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html for ATI drivers, or http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp for Nvidia. As for the sound, determine the manufacturer of the sound card and goto their website to see if they have any updated drivers available.
