I admire boxer rebellion. How many people(martial arts fighters) were there to fight against white invaders?

Actually Empress Dowager Cixi was Manchu not Mongolian. And the boxer rebellion wasn't just "mere posturing" but an actual attempt to expel foreigners (the Boxer forces were supported by and fought alongside the Chinese imperial troops).

I'm not sure if they should be admired. They killed many innocent civilians, including foreign missionaries and nuns who were there for benevolent reasons (providing philanthropy etc...). Even in terms of fighting, they were not that effective, as they outnumbered the international relief force by almost twice as much, and even with the help of tens of thousands of Imperial Troops they were defeated. You can say it's partly because of poor equipment and training, but the point is they were not a very impressive fighting force.

Another thing you have to remember is that the Boxers were initially against their own government. Only after they found that they were not successful fighting the Qing imperial troops did they drop their anti government goal and decide to join with the government in fighting foreigners.

you better check you history. The Empress Dowager who started the "rebellion" is a descendant of Mongol invaders who occupied China
Over half the "foreigners" (excepting the Mongols, who - I suppose - count as "natives") were Japanese and Korean troops. Do they also count as "white invaders"?

To answer your question- all told about 50 thousand Chinese took part in the "rebellion". It was really one good riot and a lot of posturing intended to impress the "foreign devils". somehow they were not impressed.
