try to be active. Yeah, I know. they say thats the best thing, but it doesnt always seem like the most ideal thing when you have evil cramps!! haha Also, drink lots of water ands try not to drink caffeine, or eat any greasy foods! b/c they will only make them worse! I would say go on a walk, or try excersizing or something!!
Dont take too many drugs..midol should be enough! haha

Avoid eating sweets, sour and spicy food. Also drink more water in order to flush your system out more. Next time around, try exercising more. Sweating regularly lessens the cramps during ones period

Do some light stretches and crunches. Lay on your stomach or back and just pull in your abdominal muscles, hold them for a count of ten and slowly release, all while breathing deeply.
Light exercise will help to get ride of the pain.

try taking a couple tylenol or aspirin. The midol might take a while to work

midol never helped me. try pamprin max -it is a life saver! also drink a lot of water and try some light exercise. feel better!

omg yea..there is this chocolate...its so helpful...i dont know wat its called and i wil tell u when i find out...it totaly helps out with ur cramps and its sooo good :) ttyl
