Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not out to get you.

It is said that very few people go through life without coming within a few inches of needing to go to their doctor and say that they are not feeling too good, you sound tired, in need of a rest, join the club. Anyway, you probably need a little treatment, and will hopefully look backon this time, as the time when advice taken, helped you to feel much better. good luch,at the doctors, remember ,they see tired people every day.lol

If this is all true, you must see a therapist.
There are medications that will relieve those symptoms.
And they are symptoms of Schizophrenia.
Don't let that term discourage you. It can be treated and your concerns will disappear.
Those are some of the exact things that my daughter experienced. She is doing wonderful since taking her medication. Holding down a good job and one of the company's best employees.
If you can locate a NAMI chapter near you, you should call them. They are completely familiar with those symptoms and can help you. Often without charge if you can't afford treatments.
CALL THEM.
Good luck.

I've got this problem with Garp the new Emperor on Koosvane (Pluto to you).
I am seeking asylum here as an alien.
I think Mr Brown has been in contact with Garp and split on me.

If you can't leave the house, get your doctor to do a home visit.
He'll be able to help.
Try not to worry, things may not be as bad as they seem...
