How do I replace wand mechanism on blinds?

The wand was twisted too far and now it doesn't control the opening and closing of the blinds. Where do I start with replacing or fixing that twisting mechanism??

start at a blind sales store, IF you can buy a unit, it just snaps in, you have to remove the blind from the window, at the top of the blind in the channel, you should see the turning unit,
this will have the strings or cords on it, that tilts the out side cords, they will have to be placed back onto the unit ,
have always found its better just to replace the blind,
