Well......I have a laptop and I do like it better then a desktop only because I can take it with me wherever I go. My boyfriend an me go out of town alot for work, so having the laptop just make sence.Plus if the power ever goes out I can still use it to watch the news. Actually had to do it last week. We had a crazy tornado come threw the area!!!And I turned it on untill my honey got the generator out and running!!!

I have to say I prefer a desktop but I am forced to use a laptop as the desktop doesn't balance too well on the knee during the morning rush hour.

search answers for laptop, you will then see just how many people are having problems with laptops, in a recent magazine article it shows that laptops in reality are still under development and still have lots of problems, they are also much more difficult and expensive to upgrade. my advice is to go for a desktop unless you really do need the mobility that a laptop offers, at least for a couple of years when the laptop problems are sorted. take care and good luck.

Laptop by far. I don't even know the last time we used our desktops. I hate being stuck in our office beside the catbox. I can move the laptop from my office to the living room, or take it on vacation. That's pretty hard to do with a desktop! :)

I like laptops better than desktops because laptops are portable and convenient, unlike desktops.
