whats the difference from a pc and a computer

PC means Personal Computer,but Computer can be a home computer or a workstation computer.

A PC is a personal computer which is a type of computer. There are also Mac's, which some people refuse to call PC's because they work on a completely diffrent plateform. Servers are also computers as are the supercomputers but they are not PC's which are for the use of one person at a time.
