The two ways I have seen are to display the resonant bond by a dashed line between atoms involved in the bond (with benzene rings, since all of the ring carbons are involved, a dashed circle inside the non-resonant bonds is used to display the resonance). The other is to draw the alternate positions of the bond. This way has the disadvantage of having twice as much to draw.
