Do you mean eyelashes cuz I have never seen someone look through their eyebrows before. But if you meant eyelashes then she's most likely shy, acting coy or flirting with you. If you really meant eyebrows then I suggest you try and get her to trim them. Hope you figure it out!

It means they are physically gifted... My eyebrows are stuck too far up on my head for me to look through them...

It means that they need those big, hairy, bushy things trimmed and or waxed--they are just too damn unruly!
