Do you mean eyelashes cuz I have never seen someone look through their eyebrows before. But if you meant eyelashes then she's most likely shy, acting coy or flirting with you. If you really meant eyebrows then I suggest you try and get her to trim them. Hope you figure it out!

Philosophy questions ask about the general nature or defining characteristics of reality, knowledge, right action, mind, logic, science, meaning in language, and a couple others.
