I am a student.
I need to open a Trading account with AXIS (UTI) or HDFC or ICICI banks.
But I know PAN is compulsory for opening a trading account.
Actually I need the account as soon as possible to start trading the next moment.

Some Branches of AXIS (UTI) Bank in many cities of India has facilities for appling & getting PAN card,they provide the required application for the same , collect it from you the duly completed & signed application & forward it to the concerned IT department of the area where you reside . The PAN card will reach your residence after 15 days or so. I got my PAN card made this way.

PAN card for minor is granted under any of parent call in India added there is not any requirement of photgraph of adlescent to be affixed on application. even nevertheless the will arises to no longer take PAN as minor yet wail till at last majority till there is any technical urgency.
