My PC is:

speed 2.8

My problem is that I want to connect 3 hard disks together but I can't. When I do that, only 1 hard disk appeared.
What is the problem ?

First, assuming you have all EIDE/ATA hard drives, have you properly set the jumpers on the rear of the hard drive?

Most PCs require that the main drive (the one which holds the C: partition) be set to "Master" and others be set to "Slave" for the first motherboard connector. Other EIDE devices such as CD or DVD drives are included in this. Therefore, if you have two motherboard EIDE connectors, you will need one Masters and one or more Slaves for each connector depending on how many are by the controller. Some CD and DVD drives require that they be set as the Master and any additional drives be set as Slave on the secondary connector. A few controllers will allow three drives on one connector with the proper cables. It just depends on the maximum number of drives that are supported by the EIDE controller. Some PC motherboards only provide one connector for a maximum of two EIDE devices. Others provide two connectors for a total of 4 or more devices.

Second, check the connectors and cables to make sure they are fully and properly seated.

Check for bent or broken connector pins. Sometimes the connector pins can bend or break during installation. If you find a bent pin, straighten it very carefully because they tend to break off much more easily once bent.

Serial ATA (SATA) drives require a different controller, connectors and cabling and have to be supported by the motherboard. So make sure that the new drive is the same type as the older ones.

There are also PCI/ATA adapter boards that fit in an available PCI slot that can provide support for additional devices if needed. Or, there are external hard drives that connect via a USB port.

Finally, there is also the possibility that you may have purchased a defective hard drive. Even new ones can be damaged during shipment from their source; especially when they come from such distant places as Taiwan or China. Dropping a hard drive on a concrete warehouse or store floor is definitely not a good thing either, but it happens.

You can connect 20 disks if you want. But, since you didn't give any details as to how you were trying to connect them, nobody is going to be able to help you.
And, get some more ram. You'll find a big difference with 1 GB in there.

Do you have three physical hard drives in your computer or you talking about one hard drive with three partitions?
If you have merged the three partitions, naturally you see only one hard drive.
If you have three hard drives, then:
Explain the actual physical setup, how you are connecting them, whether they are SATA or IDE disks and how you have the configuration jumpers set and someone may be able to answer the question.
