It would take 32 of them. Six to hold the ladder, two to actually screw it in and twenty to figure out what a light bulb was.
The other four would be reporting the light bulb because you had to "screw" it in.

They don't actually change the light bulb, after they report the outage Yahoo sends out a form letter to make you think they actually will look into it.

3 one to hold the light bulb, a second to spin the one holding the light bulb around and the 3rd to figure out how to work the ladder cause the others are to preoccupied with there jobs and they do not wanna stress there brains.

I don't know that one, but I heard this one by Dave Chepelle in his movie Block Party. How many white people does it take to change a light bulb? None, they get a black person to do it. He says it a bit different.
