My first job was as a kennelhand at the local RSPCA, and I was paid enough. However, 20 years later, I am now an Admin Manager and am certainly not paid enough!

First proper job was on a pusher tug delivering the steel netting that was to become the foundations for the Oosterscheldedam. I was happy with my pay. I was only 18 and long happpy i had an interesting job instead of being stuck in and office, kitchen or similar.

My first Job was as a teacher at a scout camp, and The pay is next to nothing. Sometimes I think that I could sell dirt for more, but that is not why I do that job. I do it because I enjoy helping people and because I like the situation there!

I worked in a family owned "Are you being served?" type department store when I was 16 and got paid £2.10 an hour! I don't think it was a bad wage for the time but I do remember that I earned £16 a day and driving lessons were £17 an hour! :)

My first job was working the concession stand at the baseball field. Yes, I got paid enough since I really didn't do that much.

Working at a recycling center dealing with people who accuse you of ripping them off cuz they've been saving cans for a week and expected lots of $$$$ and then jumping into bins full of 6 month old milk jugs that have been sitting in the sun. So I'd say no the pay wasn't worth it.
