Has she used a new laundry detergent or fabric softener that she could be allergic to? Or it could be a bad heat rash... Try some medicated baby powder with zinc oxide in it. Or some zinc oxide cream (Baby diaper rash cream like desitine or butt paste). Have her also wear a skirt till the rash heals too.

Well she probably needs to get it checked, but it could be a rash from the heat and her legs rubbing together. Try desitin diaper rash ointment lightly on it, thats what I use, Good luck to her, also a fan on the area will help with the fire feeling. Just suggestions...........Dianne

has she been shaving or using hair removal cream in that area ?

if not it could be a sweat rash try going without knickers when she can and pat dry after washing.

i hope she gets it better soon

Get hydrocortisone cream fast...and make a doc appt ASAP!

This could be a yeast infection. I just got over one and believe it or not, the symptoms aren't just in your vaginal area. They can spread to your thighs and lower tummy, as was in my case.

I have heard of that before and in the most cases it is sweat and tight clothing that is not allowing the area to breathe. Does she wear tight fitting jeans etc?

I am not a Doctor, but could it be a form of shingles?
Or could she possibly have a skin burn from shaving or wearing a rough material that rubbled against her skin?

It's hard to tell. She should really just go to the doctor.
