If it has mass then it is matter. Even light has mass which has been proven by astronomers viewing distant galaxies and seeing light waves actually bent by the gravity of a galaxy cluster. If it is something then it is matter. The vacuum of space is not matter because there is nothing there. Hope this helps. Have a good weekend.
Matter is energy in its frozen state.

Energy is matter, anti matter is a misnomer. It is matter, with the ordinary charges reversed. The only thing that could be considered not matter is an absolute vacuum

Well, physically speaking energy is not matter. However, energy can turn into matter and vice versa by E=MC^2
And no, anti-matter is not "non-matter".

the only thing that is non-matter is the lack of matter. anti-matter, its matter, the name is just misleading. antimatter is a particle with the same mass as its normal counter part with an opposite charge. and i think dark matter has a mass of 0, but idk if u can consider it non-matter

Scientists seem to agree there is such a thing as anti-matter but I just can't wrap my head around the concept. It makes me dizzy thinking about it!

Strictly speaking no, since even energy is modified matter or rather, matter is modified energy. So, everything is energy.
