Israel has the strongest military in the Middle East, why is the United States *really* giving Israel $30 billion dollars over the next 10 years?

Its as stated above money recirculated to the rich here in the USA. We pay the taxes they give the money to Israel and then Israel gives the money to US companies for bombs.
As for trustworthy allies thats the biggest lie ever:

Is it racist to dislike a country?

It has been a position of the US to give aid to other countries for years. After WWII we gave billions to Europe and Asia to help rebuild after the war. Aid to governments is seen as a way to ensure markets for US business, humanitarian aid, to help with military treaties with have with specific countries and to in many cases to ensure ally status. Israel for years has been our only assured ally in the areas. In such a crucial area for both the US and its Western allies economic and foreign affairs it is critical that Israel stay in power. We gave Israel $2,520,000,000 in 2006 and $1,795,000,000 to Egypt. If you add add to other Arab countries the aid to Israel is almost matched by these countries in combination. It is not the job of the federal government to fund police but local governments, Also Schools are funded primarily at the local and state levels so that side of your argument does not make sense. Buying homes is rather risky and with the current housing market I really don't want my tax dollars funding the many who seem to defaulting now since they obtain houses way above their means. The major job of the federal government is to protect us from foreign countries and ensure that our economy is protected internationally aid to the only democracy in the Middle East is crucial to this.

Well let's see, medical technology, mechanical technology, killing the Radical Muslims, out sourcing anything that any other country has done, inventing a lot of our military technology and advancing it, and the list goes on and on and on but you being a POS racist against Israel and the Jew would NEVER admit to any of it.

The flaw in your thesis is that every dime we give to any country, by law, has to be spent in the United States. Much of the money we give to Israel lands up in the pockets of the US defense industry. This actually amounts to a subsidy to the various manufacturers of war material..a subsidy that keeps these industries financially afloat. After all, it takes a massive investment to set up and maintain a facility to manufacture parts for tanks, aircraft and other essential types of military hardware....items that aren't sold on the civilian market. You have to look at the entire picture....not just at the surface.

All that money comes back to America's wealthy.. Israel will spend the money on planes, bombs and other military weapons.
Indirectly, our tax money is going to Northrop, Grumman, Boeing and others. Besides.. our money is pretty worthless, we printed over 40 billion last week to "ease" the confidence on Wall Street. This administration is a joke.

They need to remain that strong.

"Washington and Israel, which is widely considered to be the Middle East's sole if undeclared nuclear power, are increasingly alarmed by Iran's nuclear programme, which they suspect is a cover for developing atomic weapons.

Tehran insists the programme is for peaceful, civilian energy purposes.

Israel views the Islamic republic as its arch-enemy after repeated calls by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for it to be wiped off the map."

Social Security is funded by withholding taxes from one's paycheck. Schools and police are a local, not a Federal concern. Let those who want to buy homes borrow from lending institutions our government should be guaranteeing any payments or be acting as a bank.

Israel is one of only a few truly trustworthy allies and it is in the best interest of national security to give them aid. we provide various levels of aid to countries all over the world and I don't see people up in arms over those.

It's way more complicated than just saying "Ok, let's stop giving them money." There's politics involved, national security, and much much more. If you want to get involved in changing "our problems", get involved with your local government, write your congressman, and VOTE!
