Yeah, file where you live. Although there might be some exceptions if you haven't established permanent residence there yet. For example, if you have just moved to a different county but have only been there a few weeks or months, then there may be an issue. I was married in WA state and divorced in SoCal. So there.

Is divorce a solution to marriage problems? NO!!! IT IS NOT. it is just that both men and women in marriage refused to tolerate each other, there is no true love and faithfulness toward each other. Marriage is give and take. you don't have to take everythings your partner did to you as an offence that need to head to court for divorce. most of these things have to be talked out between partners. there is need to trust each other often. if president of USA can cheat on his wife and she gets to know about it. though she got bitter with him, but the president talked it out with her, she forgive and forget the incident and stood by him. why can we ordinary man/common man not be able to do the same?
