Unless I have missed something in the news, Israel is working with the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. It is Gaza that is locked down, and for good reason. Hamas' violent takeover of Gaza leaves Israel little choice. You can't leave your borders open to a neighborring region run by a self proclaimed terrorist organization. Especially one that publicly calls for your destruction.
Judging by the wording of your question, you would probably like to say the lock down is Israeli bullying, when the hard truth is, it is common sense!!
