You can pull the disk and put it in a USB drive box.
Or after pulling the disk, you can connect it to this device

and plug it into the USB port.
You should be able to access the data at that point if the disk isn't fried also.

Take it to someone who can remove the hard drive and install it in another computer.
If they do they should be able to see the data on it. If they can your files are safe so you might need a new computer with this added as a second drive or maybe they can just replace the burned out parts. Cross your fingers.
Always use a UPS to plug your computer into.

You may save all your data by plugging the HD drive of your computer in another. If you have a second computer, remove your hard disk and plug it in the 2nd computer as a slave (probably just a jumper to move behind the HD). Then boot up. You *may* be able to restore your data. Just make copies to another drive.

Sounds like your power supply is fried you can pick up a new one at the local best buy or computer store for about $50. dollars. its fairly easy to replace.

power supply must be dead,,,
all data are locate in the Hard disk
so all is ok
..
to keep same pc you need to replace power supply if problem stay it will be the board,,,
..

You can pull your hard drive where everything is...But you may have some damage to this as well, so be prepared...
