Is it for single or double flares?

Trying to explain it on here would be a near impossible task. Every company's kit has slight differences. Brake lines operate under several thousand pounds of pressure and therefore require double flares. Also the smallest crack or flaw can lead to failure. See if machine mart can get you a set of instructions or a phone no. for the manufacturer. Either that or try finding a mechanic or brake shop which is willing to show you the proper usage.

I don't think we can help you. You should have the knowledge how to use tools. I think you would like to put new brake lines on you car??? Stop--you don't know what your doin. If ya do not know how to use a flaring tool. I just cannot imagine what else you don't know..
Leave the brakes to the professonal--they have the tools-- equipment -- knowledge to do the job the first time perfect...

If you have to ask how to ask how to use a brake flaring tool you shouldn't be using it! These are brakes your messing about with!

You don't. That flare has to be absolutely perfect or you're looking at brake failure. It takes a lot of practice and someone checking your results out while you're learning.
