There is this thin line between being nice and friendly and being trying to seduce you (to put it in words, it's not actual seduction). Just compare, analyse if this girls is just acting like your other girl friends, if you feel this gay vibe in her, y don't you just ask her? If you're real friends this is something that's gotta be cleared up.

Does your friend know that you like girls? If that has been established already, the afterplay should be easy. If she knows this, she might be sending you signals.
But, like others have already answered - you really should just tell her. Just don't make a big deal of it. If you are doing something fun one day, you could slip in a line like "I wish you'd like girls too, I'd ask you out for sure".
Her answer to this will most likely also answer your question.
These things really don't have be any harder than this. Life is too short to spend weeks and weeks agonizing over what other people think. Just ask them or set up an opportunity for them to tell you.

I don't think there are a ton of signs. Flirting would obviously be one that could be considered but I flirt with everyone, guys and girls. Not inappropriately and sometimes I don't even realize I am doing it. The only way to know is to ask or let things happen naturally if you are interested.

if you cant ask her outright, try bringing up the subject to see how she feels about it in general. once the door is open and you can talk a bit more freely either tell her that you are bi/gay and see how she reacts or if that is still too full on just have a laugh and a mess about and see what happens.
i know it is hard, i can tell when men like me but still cant tell with women.
