We want a cell phone that will be used about 300 minutes per month on weekends and after 6PM on week days. We'd like to loan out the phone and limit the usage so that we don't go over $30.00 per month.
We had to return a phone under Sprint, because a rep clearly misrepresented unlimited "evening" calls as after 6 PM when it was after 9 PM.
I'm leary of the flat rate plans now. Is Trak phone a better option?

I don't have it now, because I moved to one of the few places it won't work full time - T-Mobile!
I loved T-Mobile, go to www.myTmobile.com and they will hook you up. I used to travel all over the States with my phone and my phone worked in places where many others didn't. They have the BEST customer service anywhere and they are available 24/7.
Also, have blue-tooth technology very reasonable!
