Front teeth,top, usually. Some babies are born with teeth. Some don't get them until they are 8 or 9 months old or even older...average age is 4 - 5 months.

Who can say! Some babies are born with teeth (rare). Normally, it is the two bottom teeth at front.

It varies, but most are the one of the bottom two, and it varies in time frame as well. My twins are only 6 weeks old and we took one to the hospital for fever and fussiness and she had two lower middle teeth coming in. My oldest didn't get teeth until 5 months old.

Usually the the first front two, then the two at the bottom front, then the ones on ether side of the top ones, then bottom ones on either side. Then come the incisors. Some kids are different, but not often.
