To those who say Gore won in 2000, he did not have 50% either. Thanks for the good point.

I want to know, really, why Republicans are so patient, and quiet. Why are we the most tolerant of parties? Maybe because we don't want to be Liberals? They're the ones who scream, and yell, but make no sense! We, Republicans are the silent majority. We make the most effect in America, and through charity, not the Libs. The Libs obviously don't represent America. America stands for freedom, God, Country, children, patriotism, determination to be the best, always, and we stand by the troops, knowing their duties are theirs, and their choice, in order to defend, protect, and love us, even if they may die in the process of saving us at home. Libs don't like, or want that. They have proven themselves as traitors to their country, in my opinion, too many times!
The Liberals can say they represent America, because they are LIARS, and unashamed of it!

Two things, that first of all means that all liberals are democrats (and therefore the implication is that all conservatives are republicans).

Second it means that Bush has only 'won' a majority once.

Regarding the claim that liberals represent the American public, that is a claim. I can claim to be the king of China, that will not make it true. Just like Fox News can claim to be unbiased, again, not true.

well you're not talking about races with two mainstream candidates, Ross Perot may not have had a chance to win but he was mainstream. It's very hard to get 50.1% of the vote with three people in the race. Lincoln never got 50% of the vote.

Hey, Clinton got more votes than his opponents in 1992 and 1996. George Bush couldn't say that in 2000.

Do you mean the majority in Congress right now, that one? And it's Democrats Einstein. Is every Republican a "conservative"? Typical leading BS question.
