Why is love so complicated?

Love is supposed to be forever. But it often seem that the one that you love does not always love you.

Sunshine the majority of us do indeed fall in and out of love many times before we leave this earth. Sometimes what we perceive as love though is nothing more then puppy love, infatuation, lust and/or wanting it to be. Once we do find the one that will be our eternal lover though it still remains complicated at times but it is from these complications and events that we learn about each other and to love each other more deeply and unconditionally.

Because it's not often true. true love is forever. I think. U know, it's when people come to their beloved's grave site ten years after they've passed on, and they're still devoted to them. That's true love. But it rarely exists anymore. I don't know if it existed before. The words I love u, are exchaged like the greeting, how are u. Because it's such a rare occasion that a person means it, so people know things can be attained from those three little words. Particularly when it comes to relationships. Plus, at the time, u might feel like u really do love that person, but then, it fades..and u figure it wasn't true..because if it was, it wouldn't've faded. I don't think Cupid's a good shot. His arrow rarely hits two people at the same time. As for love complications, there are so many emotins and feelings, and desires encompassed in love, that it's often times confusing.

Love is complicated because people are complicated. There is no gurantee that who you love will love you back. Pure love, agape love, seeks not its own. If you practice that you love for love's sake and not to be gratified. There is a difference between feelings and genuine love.

Grl .. I was wondering the same thing.. Some men can be so unpredictiable.. but us as the fiesty female we have 2 be strong and no man take us under & read em as they are & they'll come around.
