This may indiacte that she is going to give birth soon, Alo you should look out for birthign signs (Hiding, Swiming fast etc,) I strongley suggest you do not put the female in a breeding box//trap. As it resulsts in dead babies and on some occasions a dead mother (it is very common) , I suggest you just leave her in the tank and provide floating and bottom plants (fake or real) Then net the babies up and put them in the box, But its up to yourself what you do, Put yourself in the fish'es position.
