It is impossible to give the exact pattern for these bubbles, but the way I knit them is to cast on 10 to 12 stitches leaving a long tail for sewing up, and knit 6 to 8 rows. You will have to experiment. When long enough, cut yarn leaving a long tail, threading end into yarn needle. Now pull yarn through stitches and pull tight to close end. Sew up side, stuff, then gather stitches and close. To make cord, it will be easier if you crochet it. If you want to knit it, simply cast on enough stitches for the length you want and knit 1 row then cast off.

Pay the nice lady for her design skills. The pattern is for sale right there at the site. Or invent your own - it looks like a small knitted rectangle sewn into a sphere and stuffed with batting.
