and she doesnt want me in the house while she is gone. She even had the locks changed on me so I cont get in! But this is my home too. How can i do something to still be able to get into my house while she is gone?

well, she thinks that i am going my boyfriend and I are going to stay there while she is gone but he has is own place and I am going to stay with him. But what would be the point if he has his own place and we can do whatever we want.

I'd suggest that you respect your mother's wishes as she doesn't want you or your friends in HER house and possibly partying and ruining things and/or doing things that she wouldn't approve of. Geez it's only a weekend and I'm willing to guess that in the past you have done things that has made your mom make this decision. As far as this being your house too, if your name is on the morgage then that is one thing. But if you live there and do not pay rent, hydro, heat, phone bills, cable, etc. then it is not your house at all but it is your mom's and as such she can make the rules as she sees fit.

If your mum doesn't trust you in the house alone, there has to be a reason. Only earning her trust will help you and that would definitely take longer than a week. So, I'm afraid if you don't want to break in or something, there's nothing you can do to pursuade her.
