It's says someone unexpected. Could be Sharon doing it for Noah's sake. He blamed her for Sharon being found guilty & having to go to jail.

I thought it would be Danny Sr. too but someone said on one of the spoilers that Brad's real identity is revealed when he takes the stand and that could possibly throw Phyllis's whole case out of court.

Victor, He will lay all the Blame on Vikki and Phyllis will fall for him. What a better way to put shame Vikki and continue to destroy his family.
Or maybe Niel will move into a romantic relationship and then the surprise witness will be Drucilla, now that would be so cool.

I think it will be Sharon! She said she doesn't want Phyllis seperated from her kids. And that will make Nick want her even more!

well I read that Brad, Nikki, Lily, & Neil are all gonna testify against her and i know that Nick & Daniel will testify on her behalf so...my guess is either Sharon, Victor, or Jack

I think it will be Victor, because it says in the Soap Opera Digest, that it will shock Nicky and make her mad.
