I would have to stop and walk some. Sad to say probably 9 minutes. Used to take less than 5.

only 1 minute, 'cause that's when l'd quit. l could walk it but not run it.

Happy to say, I'm under doctors orders NOT to run for the next 8 months.
Never was a runner.
But I can outswim many. Does that count?

Run? I should think not.
More like walk, waddle, huff, and possibly even roll a mile in something like ten minutes.

But... I will get it done, however many miles it is.

LOL.. I'm SO out of shape... probably all day. Plus I have asthma..so I can't run for any length of time

sadly it takes 12mins or more but that's cause i start out too fast
